Trailer Fleet Supply
Rental Fleet
All IceBox Franchisees will be enrolled in our fleet supply programme which includes outright purchase discounts on all new refrigerated trailers, preferential terms on used refrigerated trailer acquisition and enrolment in our Trailer Lease Return programme.
Our buying strength enables us to provide Franchise Partners with extremely attractive terms on the acquisition of their refrigerated trailer rental fleet on Outright Purchase together with attractive finance terms via our asset finance partners (sts). In addition, we offer exceptional Partner Lease Return terms to enable Franchisees to supplement their fleet without a long term financial commitment.
Trailer Sales
Add another revenue source to your business. Each Franchisee will have the ability to sell new and used trailers across their designated territory.
IT Systems
Our rental system is at the heart of the IceBox development strategy and has been developed by us to meet our specific trailer hire requirements. It is a cloud based management system which is responsible for the control of the day to day operation of the location in terms of fleet / unit usage, utilisation, customer data and the generation of rental agreements and sales documentation.
Our centralised systems facilitate central reservations, online payment portal, consolidated central billing and fleet / unit yield and utilisation management. We offer the benefit of a full online and secure transactional facility to both retail and corporate customers allowing them to place reservations, make payments and monitor their bookings online.
Each Franchisee Partner benefits from their own individual local website (micro website) enabling agency-specific detail, information and offers to be displayed and regularly updated.
Digital Marketing
Digital Marketing is at the heart of our local and national marketing strategy. Local online marketing activities are managed on behalf of our Franchisees thus ensuring that targeted local marketing initiatives reach the intended local audience.
Targeted Google Ad campaigns together with Facebook and LinkedIn social media marketing activities provide enhanced exposure for our Franchise Partners and the IceBox brand.
We will centrally manage and co-ordinate the digital marketing initiatives to ensure that a standardised and consistent message is promoted across the network.
